Led the rollout and day-to-day operation of an FIC digital learning platform and programs, associated with nearly 20,000 successful course completions.
The context
IFSULDEMINAS offered initial and continuing education courses that required coordinated registration, delivery, learner support, records and certification across institutional systems.
My responsibility
I coordinated the platform rollout and end-to-end educational operations with faculty and interns. This was a leadership and hands-on operational role, not a claim that I programmed the underlying Moodle software from scratch.
What I did
- Established procedures and public selection notices for instructors and learners.
- Managed course setup, publication, registrations, accounts, access recovery, messaging, student support and histories.
- Coordinated registration links with SUAP and federal-system certification workflows.
- Oversaw communication, problem resolution, timelines and day-to-day operational continuity.
Outcomes & significance
The program recorded nearly 20,000 successful course completions under the operation I coordinated. The work demonstrates the ability to unite people, technology, service delivery and institutional controls.
