The context
Some municipalities faced administrative, technical or regulatory difficulties in implementing the National School Feeding Program (PNAE).
My responsibility
I coordinated CECANE field and technical assistance work to help local administrations diagnose challenges and strengthen the execution of this public policy.
What I did
- Coordinated multidisciplinary teams and municipal stakeholder engagement across roughly 50 municipalities over two years.
- Oversaw diagnoses, technical reporting, follow-up activities and practical problem-solving.
- Supported local administrative capacity and processes related to school feeding and family-farmer procurement.
Outcomes & significance
Demonstrated coordinated field operations, institutional problem-solving, stakeholder management and public-program implementation at municipal scale.
